A Day of Coordinator (Fulfillment Manager) is simply in charge of ensuring your event goes as planned.

Timeline Assistance

Placement of small décor items, signage, guest book, basic, pre-designed, ready-to-place centerpieces & decor, etc.

• Day of Coordination DOES NOT include the physical Set-Up, Transition or Take Down of the Event Space.

• Day of Coordination DOES NOT include the installation of "extensive" decor. *We provide full set-up, transition and take-down teams to assist with setting up and decorating your space.  

Our presence and/or leadership at Rehearsal

Act as command central for the entire wedding day.

Meet vendors and deliveries and handle any no-shows

Communicate regularly with vendors throughout the day to ensure all are on same page

Welcome Guests as they Arrive

Direct and assist guests and wedding party

Handle any emergencies with Venue Staff

Keep the schedule moving throughout the day and evening.

Assist in Distributing Final Payments/Gratuities to vendors.
