We provide a Food Service Teams for Weddings & Events. 

Pricing for a Food Service Team varies pretty significantly depending on the number of guests, the amount of time required for our team to set up and your choice of Appetizer, Dinner, Dessert and Late Night Snack Service, so please reach out if you would like pricing for your specific event.

Our (Beginning At) Package Pricing  is $35 / Hour / Per Person | Plus Travel, including a Pre-Event Venue Visit, Pre-Event Planning,  & Additional Fees​ | The number of team members assigned for your specific event will remain at the discretion of Crazy Girl LLC.

A Minimum of Four (4) Hours of Service per team member is required for all bookings regardless of actual time served.

This minimum covers the cost of scheduling and travel and ensures dedicated time and service before, during and even after your event.

Pre-Event Hours are Required for booking our team to ensure that we are able to execute our duties to perfection and provide impeccable  service. We do not simply show up for a few hours, without extensive planning and collaboration with our clients, your venue and your vendor team. We take pride in providing you and your guests a delightful experience , which requires pre-event planning. While it would be great if we could just show up and "wing it," that is not our philosophy and not a service we provide.  We would absolutely love to support you and your guests by providing a Food Service Team for your special event!

Food Service Assistants Basic Duties

• Set Up Serving Line

• Fill the Warming Trays/Pans with Water  *Warming Trays/Pans & All Utensils must be provided by the client and/or the catering services.

• Light the Sternos/Heating Elements

• Ensure Food is Ready to Serve by Dinner Time

• Dismiss Tables (if applicable)

• Keep the Buffet Line Warm

• Keep the Buffet Line Filled

• Run to Replace any Empty Dishes

• Complete Food Service 

• Clean Up Serving Line

• Remove Serving Line from Space or Move Serving Line Out of the Way

• Pack Up Extra Food *Client will provide "to go" containers  & place in fridge

• Light Bussing of Tables (ie: remove dirty plates, silverware and cups, drink glasses, etc)

• Sweep Up any Food/Trash

• Remove "Dinner Trash" from Space

 

Crazy Girl LLC IS NOT A CATERING SERVICE. We simply provide the duties listed above.
