The Crazy Girl Team has an over-all accumulation of four decades of experience in event & wedding planning. They are experienced professionals assisting with very large events. They are approachable, fun, organized, compassionate and pay meticulous attention to detail.

Kristy & Keri use their expertise in wedding and large event planning, as well as full-time ministry to provide you above and beyond service!

What Does a

Day of Coordinator Do?

A Day of Coordinator is simply in charge of ensuring your event goes as planned.
- If you wish to have assistance with set-up, transition, take down and/or placement of decor, please consider booking our Full-Service Wedding/Event Execution Team.
Basic Pre-Wedding or Event Communication with Client, Vendors & Venue - we provide unlimited communication, mtgs, conversations for all our services
Timeline Assistance
Placement of small décor items, signage, guest book, basic, pre-designed, ready-to-place centerpieces & decor, etc.
- Day of Coordination DOES NOT include the physical Set-Up, Transition or Take Down of the Event Space.
- Day of Coordination DOES NOT include onsite floral design (faux or live).. "Placement" is different from "designing." *Fortunately, we provide floral design services. and would love to chat about how we can assist you in designing your table centerpieces & other decor.
- Day of Coordination DOES NOT include the installation of "extensive" decor. *We provide full set-up, transition and take-down teams to assist with setting up and decorating your space.

What is included in your Set-Up, Transition and Take-Down Package?

Assistance from an Entire Team

Place Chair Covers/Decor on Chairs
Place Chargers, Plates, Cups, Silverware, Etc. on Tables
Place Decorations in or around Space

Put Together Arch Design On-Site on the Day of Event (2-3+ hours)
Hang Lights
Hang Drapery
Hang Greenery
Arrange DIY Floral / Decor On-Site (Clip and arrange greenery, flowers or baby's breath, etc. as well as adding to bud vases, hurricane vases, on tables, on arch or backdrop, throughout space, etc)
Light Candles/ Turn on Faux Candles
Fold Cloth Napkins *This may need to be done in advance
Assist in Transition between ceremony & reception (movement or repurposing of arch, floral pieces, decor to a different space)
Basic Bussing of Tables
Assist in Removing Decor & Supplies from the Venue & Packing into Client's Vehicle/Trailer/U-haul at end of night
Physical Take Down of Tables
Physical Take Down of Chairs
Clean-Up Check of Bridal and Groom's Suites (if on site)
Removal of Trash from Facility
Clean up the Kitchen Area (if used by caterer) & be sure Counters are washed, floor swept, etc.
Be the last to leave - ensure that the space is left clean so you'll get your deposit back

Kristy McChristy is a certified wedding officiant, with a CRAZY-BIG Personality and CRAZY-BIG Sense of Humor. She specializes in unique, non-traditional wedding ceremonies. She and her identical twin sister, Keri, are certified wedding officiants and able to lead wedding ceremonies anywhere in the United States and the world.

Basic Wedding Officiant Package

1) Crazy Girl LLC's leadership at your rehearsal..

2) Crazy Girl LLC's leadership at your wedding ceremony/vowel renewal arriving at least 1 hour in advance.

3) Unlimited meetings/conversations with Crazy Girl LLC to ensure your wedding ceremony will be exactly how you envisioned..

4) Delivery of your official, signed marriage license to the appropriate county location.
