Kristy McChristy has over 27 years of experience in event & wedding planning. She is a pro at large events. She is approachable, fun, organized, compassionate and pays meticulous attention to detail. She uses her expertise in wedding and large event planning, as well as full-time ministry to provide you above and beyond service!​
What Does a Wedding
or Event Coordinator Do?

Basic Pre-Wedding or Event Communication with Client, Vendors & Venue

Timeline Creation

Presence and/or leadership at Rehearsal

Act as command central for the entire wedding day

Meet vendors and deliveries and handle any no-shows

Placement of Decor *This does not include table, & chair setup, or designing floral. (placing floral into bud vases, arch design, table settings, etc)

Communicate regularly with vendors throughout the day to ensure all are on same page

Welcome Guests as they Arrive

Direct and assist guests and wedding party

Kristy McChristy is a certified wedding officiant, with a CRAZY-BIG Personality and CRAZY-BIG Sense of Humor. She specializes in unique, non-traditional wedding ceremonies. She and her identical twin sister, Keri, are certified wedding officiants and able to lead wedding ceremonies anywhere in the United States and the world.

3) Unlimited meetings/conversations with Crazy Girl LLC to ensure your wedding ceremony will be exactly how you envisioned..
4) Delivery of your official, signed marriage license to the appropriate county location.

As third generation floral designers, we design live floral, faux floral and/or a combination of both at Crazy Girl LLC. We we are known our unique FLORAL FUSION DESIGNS. Our designs begin with a faux Floral foundation and later
we add a simple Breath of Live Floral Beauty for the perfect design.

A Full Wedding Planner is assigned to you and will be the Main Point of Contact and Liaison between Client, Venue & Vendors. Full Wedding Planning includes the management of all things pertaining to your wedding.. You have a seasoned Team Assisting you the entire wedding day and you are blessed with a complete Clean-Up &Take Down.
